Changing settings to automatically open note in new window

In the updated version, when I double click on a note, it opens up in a new tab instead of a new window, as it used to do. How can I change my settings so that a double click will result in it opening in a new window? As it is, I now have to right-click on the note and select "Open in a new window" for it to do so.
