First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for packaging Zotero under the org.zotero domain on Flathub, and misleading users as a result. I think it has caused some commotion in this forum.
Considering that, I would like to improve our downstream relations and formalize the process for reporting issues that are specific to the packaging format. That could include intercepting issues from users first on Flathub before forwarding them if they can be reproduced.
