Problem recognising Zotero - Mac

Hi - Everything was working fine yesterday :-) I have made no changes from my end. No updates - nothing. This morning I tried to upload a citation and it is asking me to select an application for this. I've never been asked that before. I'm using google scholar to get the citation. When I look at Safari Extensions Zotero Connector is installed but it is saying I haven't allowed this extension on any websites. The option to do this is greyed out. I've tried restating my laptop and that hasn't worked. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Can you provide a Report ID from Zotero and some screenshots of what you're seeing?

Hi. OK. It seems like I can import citations however there is an issue with my libraries I think. I may have installed/set things up incorrectly. If I log into Zotero online I get a different set of libraries to what comes through on the Zotero extension. I think this might be user error. Apologies. Should I do a sync? Thanks

Are you running the Zotero desktop app locally? Is it set up for syncing? If so, does the username in the Sync pane of the settings match the account you're logged into on this website?

Thanks. I'm having a look at that now. I'm pretty sure if I get this set up properly that will fix the issue.
