Corrupted pdf
When I drag-and-drop a pdf file onto a Zotero (7.0.32/Win11) item, Zotmoov successfully moves (and Zotero renames) the file to a cloud directory but when opening in PDF-Exchange an error is encountered: Error [PXVLib]: unsupported file format. Prior to pdf import to Zotero the file opens fine in the same program. Is this a bug in Zotero or Zotmoov? This is happening recently after Zotero was upgraded.

dstillman Zotero TeamRestart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to report the problem to the plugin's developer.

gnixonTried this solution and generated the same error using more than one pdf attachment. Could this be a problem with Zotmoov when the file is transferred as a child attachment to Zotero?

dstillman Zotero Teamedited 23 days agoI'm not sure what you mean by that. I'm saying to try to reproduce the problem with a new file with all plugins disabled. If you can, it wouldn't have anything to do with Zotmoov. If you can't, it would.

gnixonOK. I disabled Zotmoov and the pdf was placed in Zotero storage. It now opens within Zotero with pdf-Exchange. This seems to be a problem with syncing between Zotmoov and my cloud storage (Cloudme). I notice that the corrupted file moved to the cloud with Zopmoov is exactly twice the size of the original uncorrupted pdf.

dstillman Zotero TeamOK, so you’ll need to report this to the Zotmoov developer.
