I can't download citation styles into zotero. That's why zotero isn't working anymore on my mac.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you explain exactly what you're doing, step by step, and what's happening? See Steps to Reproduce for the kind of description we need. A Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for reproducing the problem would also be helpful.
