Upgrade Storage[Feature Request] API support for creating group libraries programmatically
Use Case:
AI-powered research agents that need to organize papers into separate group libraries for different projects/topics.
Current Limitation:
The Web API v3 supports creating items, collections, and searches, but not groups/libraries.
Requested Feature:
Add POST endpoint to create group libraries via the Web API, similar to existing collection creation.
