"Create bibliography from items" goes to print instead of clipboard

Hi,
After I have selected items to enter into a bibliography and selected a style, Zotero goes immediately to print instead of copying the references to my clipboard. This has never happened before (ten years) so I don't know how to fix it. I'd be grateful for a solution as I have a deadline tonight.

And yes, I have tried restarting Zotero

Can you provide a Report ID?

Does it happen in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

You can generate a bibliography with Quick Copy or the word processor plugin in the meantime

Thank you. I will save this advice. For the moment, it seems my brain was malfunctioning from panic and exhaustion, and I did not see that I had clicked the Print option instead of Clipboard, where it is usually automatically set.
