Upgrade StorageBoox Air 5C - Native Zotero App - Red '!' - PDF Availability
Dear all,
I recently received my new Air 5C and I have downloaded the Zotero App - if I can get it to work it will be amazing...
My issue is that 90% of the PDFs don't download - I just get the red '!' over the PDF icon and I'm not sure why.
A few have a blue down arrow on top and they open fine and the syncing of handwritten notes from A5C to PC is lightening fast!
Is my issue a storage one as I have maxed my Zotero free storage so its not syncing? Or is there another issue? I'm happy to pay the $20 a year if it will fix the problem but keen to know if anyone else has solved this!

adamsmithYou can check your storage on https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage and if it's completely full, that's likely the issue. If it's not, see the other possibilities here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing
