Try a Full Sync from the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero prefs.

I did this and now have error ID 17057347
Ramila is the India side of the same library group

the message i am getting is "upload accepted-waiting for sync server".
is there some problem- taking quite some time

it stopped- but now i am not able to click on Report errors- does this mean it must be sorted out???

You don't need to report a problem if there's no problem to report.
