Zotero failing to import on EBSCO Business Source Ultimate

I'm experiencing an issue that I think is similar to what was reported earlier. I am on the EBSCO search page. I can open the Zotero folder icon and select items to import. It retrieves the metadata but fails on all of the PDFs, whereas previously (about six months ago I was doing this a lot) it worked fine. Please let me know what other details you need to help diagnose this.
