Saving articles from ScienceDirect into Zotero missing author names

Problem: Saving articles from ScienceDirect into Zotero fails. Zotero shows:
“An error occurred saving with ScienceDirect. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead.”
Author names are missing in the imported citation.

Cause: Elsevier changed the ScienceDirect webpage layout. Zotero’s translator is not yet updated, so author data cannot be captured.

Impact: Researchers must manually add authors. Batch imports are inefficient.

We always need an example URL for problems with saving. Problems saving from ScienceDirect are usually due to blocking on their end, not changes to the website.

That page saves correctly for me. Could you please provide a Connector Debug ID for an attempt to save?

The problem is on Chrome, on Firefox is working well
