Plugin listing refresh

On another matter I was looking for plugins to identify retractions. I noted several useful plug-ins that are either not being updated or have been deprecated for other reasons. The Zotero Citation counts manager and Zotfile are two that I found particularly useful but are now no longer in service. There are several others that are also not working. Might be time to refresh the plug-in list.

As an alternative, see https://github.com/syt2/zotero-addons or the linked repo: it's less thoroughly vetted, but the Zotero plugins page is currently basically unusable with many high profile plugins missing and others listed that haven't been maintained for years (not sure why Zotero isn't doing more to maintain that page or consider alternatives -- they're otherwise investing a lot of resources in the plugin ecosystem, providing APIs, documentation, and advice to plugin devs).
