I have a problem with linking Word and Zotero. For some reason it doesn't connect together and even when I have Zotero running, it just doesn't want to add a citation and it just keep saying to make sure that the app is running. Please, can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you in advance

Try following the Manually Installing the Zotero Word Processor Plugins page. There may be permission configuration issues with your Word Startup folder.
