Note tab duplicated after restart

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a note in a tab
- Go back to the the My Library tab
- Close and restart Zotero
- Open again the same note in a tab
→ The note is opened in a new tab, leading to the same note opened twice.

Doing the same with a PDF tab correctly reopens it after restart.

Another relevant issue: The opened note tab will not be focused when double-clicking the same note item in the My Library/Collection tab.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a note in a tab
- Go back to the My Library tab
- Open the same note in a tab again
→ Can't autofocus on the opened note tab.
