Note tab duplicated after restart

Steps to reproduce:
- Open a note in a tab
- Go back to the the My Library tab
- Close and restart Zotero
- Open again the same note in a tab
→ The note is opened in a new tab, leading to the same note opened twice.

Doing the same with a PDF tab correctly reopens it after restart.
