Zotero Icon not initiating software

Hi,

I've just installed zotero, and I have the icon in the bottom right corner of my firefox screen. However, when I click the icon, nothing happens at all. Any suggestions?

    I uninstalled several other add-on extensions, and the problem is solved. No need to reply.
