Adding a citation not in the list of options

I'm wanting to add a citation for the Code of Federal Regulations, which isn't an option for citation types. Is there an easier way to do this than choosing from one of the pre-generated citation types?

There might eventually be a proper regulation item type, but for now add as Statue with
Type: regulation in the Extra field.
