Upgrade Storage“Zotero experienced an error updating your document.” - Error
Dear Zotero team,
I started using zotero today for my work and the error which reads “Zotero experienced an error updating your document.” occured now several times. I read the troubleshooting page and followed all of the instructions (re-starting word, zotero, the computer, checking, if any of the programs is running as administrator --> is not, deleting the add-in in windows and re-installed it). Nothing of that worked. I even tried to change the compatibility mode, as if was suggested in another thread, but there is no compatibility tab in the properties of zotero.exe.
The problem occurs only in some citation styles, i.e. the style I use, which is a customized one. The nature citation style for example works perfectly well.
Has anyone other ideas how to fix the issue?
