Adding bibliography and citations doesnt work at all

Hello, i work mainly in google docs. So far, Zotero has been functioning without any severe issues, not counting an issue where when i try to put in more than 1 source, it for some reason duplicates the sources and creates like 500 more pages of duplicated sources. My main issue right now is that zotero will not even add citations and bibliography, i tried to download the lates version of zotero, refreshed google docs (btw it doesnt even work in MC Word). I tried to troubleshoot through the official instructions but nothing wokred. I tried to reinstall zotero and it didnt fix anything. I cannot continue working on my paper. D2057463465

So you aren't able to add a citation to a fresh google doc? What exactly happens when you try? Do you get the dialog to enter a citation or are the buttons unresponsive?
More generally, we'd need to know more specifically which of the troubleshooting steps you've tried and with what results.

-I am able to add citations and sources into a new google doc. What happens exactly is this: i try to add a source or a citation to my new existing doc and it allows me to select a specific source or citation, then i confirm i want to add it and for like a solid minute, it says its just working on updating my document but eventually nothing happens and an error message pops up that says: Zotero ran into a problem and no new source or citation appears. The strange thing is that it worked before but for some reason its not working currently. But when the error pops up, i am redirected to this website to troubleshoot: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/debugging_broken_documents
-In Google Docs i tried to: restart my computer and zotero, refresh docs, update or reinstall zotero, making a copy, making a copy and converting it to a Word document (same issue happens in word when i download the google docs), i am not exactly sure how to change the bibliography style (we have to use APA style citations but i do not know what kind of bibliography style), i looked over all the citations and found no strange symbols or mistakes
-I found a solution: i deleted my sources and added them back in and now im able to add new citations and sources

OK, so it sounds like you're all set?
FWIW, the final step of the "debugging..." page would likely have identified what was broken in the document.
