Upgrade StorageAttachments not available online and on new devide

All attachments (PDFs) saved in the last month are not available on my new device (new laptop), neither are they visible in my online zotero.org library. I tried Reset File Sync History on my old device, but this did not change anything. For completion, the error message I get on my new device is
"The attached file could not be found at the following path:
/Users/myusername/Zotero/storage/UZN9VFT8/Keller en Sterzer - 2024 - Predictive Processing A Circuit Approach to Psychosis.pdf
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org."
Can anyone help?
