Unable to open Zotero

I have an issue with trying to open the app on my windows laptop. Last time it was opened was 4 months ago and it was fine. I also cannot uninstall it, and cannot install it again, as it says it is still running. I have checked the taskbar and it is not in there as "running" HELP. If anyone has any tips or experienced the same problem, please let me know.
