Unable to re-authorize my Zotero connector

After right-clicking and selecting options on the connector extension, I am unable to authorize Zotero to save PDFs to my Library. Is anyone able to assist? I have only been able to save metadata but the PDF or associated document/s do not automatically download anymore...

Just to confirm, is Settings > General > File Handling > Automatically attach associated PDFs selected?

I don't know where to find these options; all I can see in my settings are: Profile; Email; Security; Privacy; Storage. None of these lead to File Handling. Also, can't find any of these options when trying to configure the Chrome connector.
