no citation bar popping up, only red bar

using the 7.0.30 version of zotero. I also downloaded connector, opened my google doc, clicked on zotero for cotation, I cliked on r=prefernece of citation style and now i have a red bar popping up and nothing else,no choosing citation from my library like I saw on tutorials. The red bar can be expanded and theres this weird black box expanding with it. Idk what to do

    You should begin by restarting Zotero. If this still happens, restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to perform an operation that causes this issue.
