Upgrade StorageWord crashes when using "Add/Edit Citation" – Troubleshooting already performed
Hi everyone,
I am experiencing a persistent issue where Microsoft Word crashes immediately every time I click on "Add/Edit Citation" in the Zotero ribbon.
I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Followed all steps in the official Troubleshooting Errors in Word/LibreOffice guide.
Reinstalled both Zotero and Microsoft Word.
Checked that both Zotero and the Word Add-in are up to date.
Tried a new, empty Word document (it still crashes).

adomasvenYou should make sure you are running the latest version of Word (there have been multiple bugfixes to 2511). Did this work before on this machine? Have you tried restarting your computer? Do you run any security software and could you try disabling it?
