Upgrade Storage[Feature Request] Automatically create snapshots for synchronised web saves (macOS)
As we all know, the web is constantly changing, like Heraclitus’ river: what is available today may be gone tomorrow...
At the moment, the iOS app does not generate snapshots, while the macOS app does. This means that web saves created on iOS, even though they sync correctly to macOS, end up without a snapshot that preserves the captured page.
It would be wonderful if the Zotero app on macOS could automatically create snapshots for any web saves that don’t already have one, effectively complementing the work of the iOS app and ensuring those pages are preserved.
