Zotero plug-in for word: not displaying page number

Dear developers dear community,

I use a citation format from a friend that she coded herself.
Unfortunately, recently the Page number, which I put into the window is not displaying on word, only if I change the citation style, e.g. to apa.
I un-and re installed Zotero, and the word plug-in.

    The problem is the custom style. It would need to specify a "locator". That's about all we can say without seeing the style
