Uploading from Analogue

I have a *lot* of articles and documents that have been printed out over the years and want to transition to a digital organization system. I have them all listed in an excel spreadsheet (not linked to anything because it is basically just a list of titles and authors).
Is there a way to efficiently transition all that data to zotero? Or will I have to find the pdfs digitally in order to upload them to zotero?

Someone recently used ChatGPT to produce a Google Sheet macro that transformed his spreadsheet into a RIS file that Zenodo can import:
