Group appears in desktop app but not online--Can't add members

Yesterday I created a private group library (not my first), and invited a few team members to participate. I want to expand the circle with access, but when I go to my online account, it doesn't appear in the list (even though it's in my desktop app and set to sync, in Settings).

I know I'm using the right account, because all my other group libraries are there. I've tried logging out and back into my online account, but to no avail.

What am I missing? I've been using Zotero for a while and this is the first time I've had this issue crop up.

    You also have an Unlimited subscription that's totally unused, since you have essentially no data in this library.

    You can check the account you're syncing with from the Sync tab of the Zotero settings, and you can email storage@zotero.org to request that the subscription be transferred.

    You should also transfer ownership of any groups to the correct account. Once everything is corrected, you'll want to delete this account.
  • Ah, yes, now I see the issue! I think I ended up creating versions of groups in the wrong account before, which is why it looked as though I was in the right place. And you are 100% correct about my unlimited subscription! Thank you so much.
