Identifier Failure

hi all !! i few days ago i was still using my identifier function to track the books i hv been reading using ISBN. Now, however, the identifier function on both my laptop and iphone isnt working. but web library works. could anyone help ? Many thanks !!

Example ISBN? A Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for an attempt that fails would also be helpful.

Because in that case it's the Zotero servers doing the lookups.
