Sync Error: relations' values currently must be Zotero item URIs

I am trying to sync my library and this error keeps popping up. I do not understand where this comes from.

    Some of your annotations somehow have related-item relations for zotero://open-pdf URLs. Presumably some plugin you have installed did that, but it's invalid and will break sync. We can't help with this, so you'll need to somehow fix this (e.g., by identifying and deleting those annotations) or delete zotero.sqlite and let it pull down your library from the server.

    I think I know which plugin did that. I deleted the plugin and re-imported the library from the server, sync is more important then the plugin. Seems to work now

    Do you mind saying what plugin? This should also be reported to the plugin’s developer.

    The Plugin was Actions and Triggers, what made the invalid changes was a specific script though, that links two annotations together. Unfortunately, I do not have the data anymore, so the author of that script cannot be informed. If I can find out, I will give an update and notify them
