Upgrade StorageWord and Zotero not working together.

I have followed the advice. Zotero won't leave the word ribbon but there is nothing in the startup folder.
I have found under Options > Add-ins > Manage > Word Add-ins there is a section called Global Templates and addi-ins with Zotero.dotm saying it is "Checked items are currently loaded" but I can't remove it (remove is greyed out).
