impossible to delete highlight because of "read-only"

Hi, I'm using zotero in local, i don't have any account, but I can't change the highlights I made a few weeks ago, and when I click, it's written "read-only" in the comment window.
How can I delete it ?

    The annotations were presumably added in an external PDF reader, and embedded in the PDF file. Such annotations are locked/read-only in Zotero's reader, unless imported. Zotero's own annotations are not embedded in the PDF file but instead stored in its database.

    So your options to delete a locked/embedded annotation are to import it first (which will remove it from the PDF file and write it to Zotero's database; it can then be deleted), or you can delete it in an external PDF reader.

    To be clear, you can import embedded annotations with File → "Import Annotations…".

    Hi, thanks a lot ! Indeed, the annotations were added in an external PDF reader, a I deleted them directly in this file.
