Upgrade StorageExtracting PDF highlights together with TOC headings
As a Zotero 7 user that reads and highlights a lot of PDFs, I would like to be able to extract the highlights from a PDF together with the Table of Contents, such that the highlights are located under the TOC entry where they occur.
When I right-click a PDF linked to an entry and select "Add note from annotations" it correctly retrieves the highlights, and when I open the PDF in Zotero's PDF viewer, the PDF TOC is visible in the sidebar, so it seems that this should be feasible.
Any ideas how I might be able to do this?

So it seems there are many Zotero users who would like this feature, but I'm unclear as to whether or not there is anything in queue for it.
