In-text citations not rendering in Word Document

I am working with a team to submit a publication today. Yesterday, I added all the in-text citations. I was working in a Word document saved on my computer. I then sent it as an attachment to my colleagues via e-mail so they could make sure I had not missed any before I generated the Bibliography. They noticed I had missed one; all others looked fine. When I opened the document today, all in-text citations were no longer linked to Zotero, nor were they rendering correctly. I am using Vancouver style. All of the in-text citations were labeled as 1s. I closed Zotero and logged in again. Not successful. Any ideas of why this is occurring?
