Zotero synchronization with Jianwu Cloud failed.

On the Zotero sync page, testing the WebDAV connection shows normal results. However, manually clicking the sync button in the upper right corner yields no response, and it displays that the last sync occurred 88 days ago. Zotero is running the latest stable version. After installing the Jiaogouyun plugin and restarting Zotero as instructed, the issue persists. I consulted Jiaogouyun customer support, and after ruling out all possible causes, the problem remains unresolved.
