Upgraded storage and still getting storage error

Hi there, I upgraded my storage to 2 GB after getting a notification about reaching storage capacity; however, my Zotero app is not registering this change even after two days. I have restarted the app and my entire laptop several times since then and have not seen a difference. How do I fix this?
The notification in question: "You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

  • You're syncing with a different Zotero account than you're logged in to the website with.

    You can check what username your Zotero app is set up to sync with from the sync preferences.

    Email storage@zotero.org with the details and we can transfer the subscription to the correct account.
