Sync Issue

I'm having a one-way sync issue. Articles I save on my Windows computers sync perfectly to my MacBook, but the opposite doesn't work—nothing I save on the Mac appears on Windows.

I've tried to fix this by resetting the app on my Mac and overwriting my web library with my Mac's data, but the sync is still incomplete.

How can I get articles saved on my MacBook to sync to my Windows computers? HELP!
