The zotero extension only saves snapshot of the article web page and doesn't download the PDF. I reset translators but no change. Have the lastes version update, uninstalled and reinstalled extension, still not working.

    We always need an example URL for problems with saving.

    Make sure you have the option to download PDFs enabled in the General pane of the Zotero settings.

    Today, the Zotero Connector cannot download the PDF from the web version of any ScienceDirect article.
    After clicking on the "Save to Zotero" button, an empty window opens after waiting for about one minute, then closes after about another minute.

    It is possible to import the PDF from the "View PDF" page.
    Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.

    It may be related to today's CloudFlare disruption or to https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/128356/sciencedirect-fails-to-import-pdf/p1.
