Zotero Connector not working in Google Docs or OneDrive (Error ID: ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc)

Hello,

I have been using Zotero for a long time and it works normally in Microsoft Word.
However, the Zotero Connector is not working in Google Docs (Drive) or in OneDrive/Word Online.

When I try to use Zotero in these online editors, I receive the following error:

“Error (ID: ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc)”

The Zotero toolbar does not appear in Google Docs or Word Online, and I cannot insert citations or the bibliography.

I have already tried:

Restarting the browser

Reinstalling the Zotero Connector

Updating Zotero and the Connector

Testing in more than one browser

But the issue continues.

Could you please assist me in identifying what is causing this error and how to fix it?

There is no Word Online Zotero plugin. For the Google Docs plugin, it only works on the official google docs website. If you use Google Docs with Dropbox or somewhere else on an embedded page, it will not show up.

Submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector and post a screenshot of what your Google Docs editor looks like.
