Cannot add citations on Google Docs (Safari)

Every time I try to add citations on Google Docs, it takes me to the Zotero app but the dialog box to choose which document I want to cite does not appear.

I've tried deleting and re-installing several times and also tried it on Chrome but nothing works.

Please help!! My assignment is due soon!

It's possible the citation dialog is appearing behind your browser window. Look through your other windows. (The window would belong to the Zotero app.) If you're sure it's not that, restart Zotero and provide a Debug ID from Zotero for reloading Google Docs and reproducing this.

We need a Debug ID after restarting Zotero and reloading Google Docs, not the same Debug ID you already provided.

I restarted the app in troubleshooting mode and it seems to work now...
