Upgrade StorageFile Sync stopped working after attempts to sync full library locally

I attempted to sync all of my existing Zotero attachments with my local hardrive so I would have an extra backup of my files. This started to work fine, but all of the file attachments did not sync, and now Zotero can't seem to sync at all or retrieve non-local attachments from my online library at all. All of the files are there, and I can open them on the Zotero web client.
