Every time I try to add a bibliography, I get an error

Have been using Zotero with Google Docs for years, but for the past week I have not been able to add bibliographies to any project. I have gone through the entire debugging process with no success. Any ideas? Finals due this week!

Are you saying it doesn't work in a new, empty document?

Can you provide a Debug ID for that?

Yes, it does not work in either new, empty documents or existing documents with citations. Debug ID: D187630774

That doesn't appear to be for a new, empty document. It's generating lots of citations there.

Okay. I have tried again and succeeded in a new empty document. However, even after unlinking citations and copying paragraph by paragraph to a new document, I am generating the same error. The "paragraph by paragraph" approach to debugging hasn't revealed any particular citation to be causing the error.

It seems like the only way to make this work right now is to copy each line individually and re-do all the citations. I have my work cut out for me!

@carolineolesky In the original document where you are seeing problems can you open Zotero document preferences, change the citation style to something else (like APA) then change back to your style? Does that fix the issue?
