You have modified this citation since Zotero generated it

I’ve encountered wrong numbering in one citation by chance. There is a wrong numbering in references in the text, while in reference list (Bibliography) there are correct numbers. The correct number is 43, while in the text is 41.

If to click refresh on this ref (41), nothing happens. Ctrl-A and refresh also don't work. If to click Add/Edit Citation, a message appears, that the citation is modified.

How to check the correct numbering all other refs in an automated way?

Since you manually edited a citation (I guess you added pages) Zotero is not able to update your citations anymore. That's what that message says. So, Zotero is basically not able to do it's work since youre modifying the citations.

Revert those modifications, then the style will be able to update.
