Files Not Syncing

I have an empty online library. None of my thousands of files have synced and my storage says it is at 0%. But the app on my desktop says storage is full. Which is it? Full or empty? And if full, where are they online?
  • In the account you're actually syncing with, which isn't this one. Nothing to do with storage — you can see if you click on Web Library at the top of this page that your library isn't here.

    Check your Sync settings to see the account you're actually syncing with, and then email storage@zotero.org to ask that your storage subscription be transferred. You'll then need to delete this empty account.
