Upgrade StorageSelecting then turning on highlighting tool should highlight
If you don't take my suggestion to eliminate the toolbar entirely, then please make the following change.
Some times I select text carefully, only to realise that it's not become highlighted because I haven't chosen the tool. I then click the tool, and the selection disappears.
Turning on highlighting while there's a selection should highlight the selection.
Also, please can we have more than one highlighting colour?
