Multiple citation Keys between collaborators

Hi Zotero Team, I am using BetterBibTex in zotero and I have 2 collaborators where we share the bibtex file. Both of the collaborators have different citation key formula. How does it work - if I have to switch between 2 citations keys?

Collaborator1 - auth.lower+ shorttitle(3,3)+year
Collaborator2 - auth.lower + shorttitle(3,3)

Any help would be appreciated.

If you don't pin the keys they are totally private to each installation
