Upgrade Storageimpossibility to add new tags

For some entries in my Zotero, I can add new tags. For example, if there were three tags, I can't add a fourth. I can only rename them. Do you have an explanation and a solution ?
I recently imported my Zotero storage from my old PC to the newest one (I don't know if it could be explained the problem).
