Citation and note dialog boxes don't appear in Google Docs

Using the Zotero Connector for Firefox. In Google Docs, when trying to add a note or citation, I click the relevant command and nothing happens.

I checked behind my windows to make sure the dialog box wasn't hidden.

Restart Zotero and try again.
