webpage annotation link didn't jump correctly in ios

I am using open-pdf style zotero link in my note system for referencing annotation - e.g. zotero://open-pdf/library/items/NCTTGKFC?annotation=JXCZ9CRE. With recent progress of webpage annotation on ios, I expect that it will jump to the annotation when click the link on ios device (the same as a pdf annotation's link will do), but seems like it doesn't.
It does work on pc/mac though.
