In Zotero, the PDF in my library won't open. When I double-click the reference, there's no response, and then an error message pops up saying 'File synchronization error. Please try syncing again.' How can I fix this? Thank you!
  • If you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a download attempt that fails, we can take a look, but it's almost certainly just a problem with your internet connection.
