Upgrade StoragePDF annotator on Android app not always adding editable notes
I use a Chromebook to read and annotate pdfs using the built in editor but, occasionally (and randomly as far as I can tell) trying to add a note (3rd option) doesn't open the annotation (text) editor box and I end up with a number of empty notes added without being able to edit them.
Typically restarting the app fixes the issue
It also appears to be more of an issue when adding notes at the top of a page (but this may be false memory syndrome)
